Pakistan Intelligence: India will Attack in Hours

Must read

India and Pakistan’s already strained relationship took a turn for the worse when a senior Pakistani official stated early Wednesday that he has “credible intelligence” that New Delhi intends to launch a military strike against Islamabad within the next two days.

Amid calls for restraint from Washington and Beijing, the claim emerged.

“Pakistan has credible intelligence that India intends carrying out military action against Pakistan in the next 24–36 hours,” stated Pakistan’s Information Minister, Attaullah Tarar, in an unexpected late-night update on X.

Tarar’s remarks follow closely on the heels of a tragic incident where militants killed 26 tourists in the scenic town of Pahalgam in Indian-administered Kashmir, an act that has ignited significant public anger.

India has charged Pakistan with involvement in the attack, a claim that Islamabad refutes. Pakistan has proposed an impartial investigation into the incident.
