Two Israeli air strikes that targeted aid supplies on Monday killed at least 11 Palestinians in Gaza, according to medical personnel.
Israeli tanks advanced further south into Rafah.
A single strike at a food distribution center in the Shati historic refugee camp near Gaza City claimed the lives of three individuals. In the southern Gaza Strip, near Bani Suhaila town, an additional incident resulted in the deaths of at least eight individuals, including guards who accompany aid trucks, according to the medics.
There was no immediate response from Israel.
It has been more than eight months since the conflict began, and international mediation, which is supported by the United States, has yet to result in a ceasefire agreement. Israel insists that it will only agree to temporary ceasefires until it eliminates Hamas, while Hamas insists that any agreement must terminate the war.
Netanyahu said intense Hamas fighting would soon end.
